New people always welcome. Bring a sign or borrow one from our sign library. Note the dates of our themed protests and check back here for details ahead of each one.
The next themed protest will be on Saturday, July 18th! We will meet at the Bartlet Mall, and then march down State Street to Market Square, where we will hear from some of our NHS student poets and our honored guest speaker. Edward Carson, a historian of race and religion in America, will speak to us about voting rights, DEI, and the current state of our politics. Please sign up here and spread the word.

Tuesday, July 14th, 6:30 - 8:00 PM, NDCC July Meet & Mingle Get-Together; in place of our regular monthly meeting, we will host an informal summer event at Riverwalk Brewing Company. All are welcome and we have invited our Democratic primary candidates to come by to chat, have a drink and a bite, and hear about the issues that matter to us as Newburyport-area voters.

All of the Sixth District Candidates (Beth Andres-Beck, Jamie Belsito, John Beccia, Dan Koh, Mariah Lancaster, and Tram Nguyen) have confirmed they are coming, as well as State Representative Dawne Shand (State Legislative Calendar permitting) and her primary competitor Stephen Roth. What an amazing opportunity to meet the candidates!
